Cancellation fees, delays, products & aftercare
Things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Please bear in mind we are a small, independent business and therefore please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, this gives us the opportunity to call through our waiting list and offer the time to other people.
If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% fee of your booked service will apply, which will need to be paid before your next appointment.
We will endeavour to see you at your allocated time, however due to circumstances sometimes out of our control this is not always possible. Please be patient, we will see you as soon as we can.
We use and recommend products from our professional range to help you maintain and prolong the results of your service.
