Natalie is the founder of Willow and the guiding force behind its calm, creative, and conscious atmosphere. A colour specialist with a love for all aspects of hairdressing, she brings dedication and passion to every part of her craft – from big bouncy blow-dries to soft beach waves, precision cutting to transformative colour.
Natalie began her journey in London’s Covent Garden, where she trained and built a strong foundation in high-quality hairdressing. Since then, she’s remained committed to ongoing education, constantly expanding her skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional work.
But her proudest achievement isn’t just her personal craft – it’s the environment she’s built for her team. She created Willow to be a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and supported – whether they’re in the chair or part of the team. Natalie regularly takes her team on education courses, team dinners, and development days, helping everyone grow together.
At its core, Willow is not just a village salon – it’s a space with a creative energy, driven by a shared belief in being the best version of ourselves to deliver the best to our clients. It’s also an eco-conscious salon, shaped by Natalie’s desire to leave the world better for her children and future generations.

Ali is the first smile you see and the friendly voice you hear when you call Willow. With her warm, kind nature and soft Irish accent, she brings a sense of calm and care to every client interaction – whether she’s welcoming you at the door or helping with your next booking.
As our Front of House and Client Liaison, Ali is brilliantly organised and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She’s your go-to for appointments, rebooking, and keeping your loyalty card perfectly up to date.
And let’s not forget – Ali also makes the best cup of tea in the world (just ask anyone who’s had one!).

Marcus is our cheeky creative with a serious talent for hair. As salon manager and a long-standing part of Natalie’s team, he brings both leadership and laughter to the Willow space.
Specialising in barbering, short textured haircuts, and creative colour work, Marcus has built a loyal following who trust him time and time again to deliver styles that are fresh, modern, and full of personality. Whether you’re in for a sharp skin fade, a colour refresh, or a beautifully bespoke crop, you’re in expert hands.
Clients love Marcus not just for his skill but for his energy – he’s either fully in the zone with his artistry or having everyone in stitches with his banter (sometimes both!). His ability to tune into each guest makes every appointment feel personal and relaxed.

Lexy recently completed her NVQ Level 2 with distinction and is already making her mark as a talented stylist. She began her journey at Willow as a salon helper, and from the very beginning, Natalie recognised the creative spark in her. Since then, Lexy has grown into a thoughtful, skilled stylist who brings passion and precision to everything she does.
Working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Lexy is known for being organised, imaginative, and a true perfectionist – always striving to deliver her very best. She especially loves cutting, and takes pride in sculpting shapes that suit each individual guest.
Lexy is always researching trends and exploring new ideas, showing that creativity is just as important as skill in this craft.

After 15 years of running her own mobile hair business, Lena returned to salon life because she missed what Willow is all about – education, connection, and community. Now working with us on Thursdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays, she brings calm confidence and a true passion for the craft to every appointment.
As a Creative Stylist, Lena is known for her creative colour work, her skill with both long and short hair, and her ability to make you feel completely at ease. She’s also our perm specialist, and offers beautiful hair-up styling for proms and special occasions. From weekly blow-dries to full transformations, Lena’s work is polished, thoughtful, and tailored to each guest.
Kind, friendly, and a great listener, Lena makes sure every person in her chair feels seen, heard, and cared for.

She works Tuesdays and Saturdays, looking after a loyal base of regulars who value her expertise and trust her completely. Abi is also exceptionally skilled at hair-up styling, and she loves working with brides to create beautiful, bespoke looks for their big day.
Kind, warm, and quietly confident, Abi takes time to talk her clients through every step – making sure they feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their hair.

After working in a busy Exmouth salon for 15 years, Paige joined Willow in March 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh excitement for growth. Since joining, she’s fully embraced the Willow way, enjoying the education and creating beautiful colour work with Eleven Australia.
Paige works on Mondays, Wednesdays, and one Saturday a month, and looks after a wide mix of regular clients – offering everything from highlights to balayage, hair-up styling, and bridal or event hair. Whether you’re popping in for a colour refresh or preparing for a special day, Paige brings calm, friendly expertise to every moment.
She’s a great multitasker, a thoughtful listener, and a true team player – always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience.
